1. Introduction
This Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") details the terms and conditions for refunds and returns related to purchases made through Delivered Korea's Global Order service. Due to the nature of international shipping and customs procedures, refunds and returns are strictly regulated. By using our service, you are considered to have read and agreed to this Policy.
2. Order Cancellation
- 2.1. You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order Confirmed" status.
- 2.2. Once the order status changes to "Order Confirmed," cancellation is impossible under any circumstances.
- 2.3. It generally takes 1–2 days for an order to change to "Order Confirmed" status, so please review your order carefully within this time.
3. Refunds and Returns
- 3.1. Due to the complexities of international shipping and customs procedures, refunds and returns are generally not allowed.
- 3.2. In exceptional cases, refunds or returns may be considered only under the following strict conditions:
- 3.2.1. Full Refund of Payment Amount (When Delivered Korea or the Seller Is at Fault)
- a) The received item is significantly different from the description at the time of purchase.
- b) The item shows obvious defects or clearly differs from the original product description (unboxing video required).
- c)The item shows visible damage or defects upon arrival, excluding internal functionality issues (unboxing video required).
- 3.2.2. When the Buyer Is at Fault or Due to a Change of Mind : Refunds or returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- a) Change of mind or incorrect order by the buyer.
- b) Any other refund requests due to reasons attributable to the buyer.
- 3.3. Claims corresponding to the above conditions must be made within 72 hours after delivery, with clear photographic evidence.
- 3.4. All refund and return requests are subject to strict review, and approval is not guaranteed.
4. Refund Process
- 4.1. If a refund is approved:
- 4.1.1. For Full Refund of Payment Amount
- a) The entire payment amount, including the product price, shipping fees and service fees, will be refunded.
- b) Initially, the international shipping fee is borne by the buyer, but if it is confirmed that Delivered Korea is at fault, Delivered Korea will cover the cost.
- 4.1.2. For Refund of Product Price Only
- a) The refund is limited to the product price only.
- b) Shipping fees and service fees are non-refundable.
- c) International shipping fees are borne by the buyer.
- 4.2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- 4.3. Due to the complexities of international transactions, refund processing may take up to 30 business days. We will regularly update you on the progress during the refund process.
