Usership

This User Agreement is an agreement between the customer (sometimes referred to as “you” and all relative pronouns) and Delivered Korea (sometimes referred to as “we,” “our,” and all relative pronouns). By signing up for delivered.co.kr, you consent to this Agreement and all other rules – including but not limited to any of those outlined within the following sections and subsections. You also agree you won’t misuse our service for any prohibited, immoral, and/or unlawful purposes. If you break any laws, rules, or regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at will. The following is a general outline of your responsibilities as a delivered.co.kr user:

Registration:

When you register, we only require basic information; however, we will need more detailed information later. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service.

Transferring Information:

You cannot – under any circumstances – transfer your account information to another account.  Similarly, packages cannot be transferred to a different account unless it is to correct an error on our part.

Website Use:

By using our website, you agree with and subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations (including – but not limited to – all South Korean postal regulations, and all regulations set by foreign jurisdictions and postal couriers).

Security:

It is your responsibility to keep your password secure, avoiding improper account access or use by others. Please contact us directly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

Canceling Your Account:

You can cancel your account at any time as long as you don’t have any outstanding transactions, parcels in transit, etc.

Verifying Information:

In order to ensure your safety, you may need to verify your information. Information we may ask for includes legal documentation such as a driver’s license, passport, and/or other forms of identification.

Your Account Balance/DK Credits:

Your account balance (or DK Credits) acts as digital currency, and can be used for any transaction within our website. Please note that we will never add or remove money without your permission, unless the balance is linked to unlawful or unethical activities. Depending upon the nature of the situation, we may choose to exercise refunds or service promotions through an account balance instead of directly returning the funds to the source.

There are two kinds of DK Credits:

• eWallet Credits are deposits that you can later use to pay for products, shipping, and handling fees. You can top up eWallet credits using wire transfer in advance to make your payment easier. Please note that eWallet Credits are non-refundable, meaning deposits cannot be returned as cash. eWallet Credits must be used within 5 years from the date of transfer. If unused, they will expire at the end of the 60th consecutive month. If credits are added on the first day of a month, that month counts as the first of the 60 months. For any other day, the 60-month period begins at the start of the following month Rewards Credits must be used within 1 year from the date they are earned. Unused credits will expire at the end of the 12th consecutive month of inactivity. If credits are earned on the first day of a month, that month is counted as the first of the 12 months. For any other day, the 12-month period begins at the start of the following month.
• Rewards Credits are a bonus or a gift you get for participating in our marketing activities.You should use Rewards Credits within 1 year from the date when they were earned. Thus said, Rewards Credits will expire at the end of the 12th consecutive month for which the member has not used points. If points are earned on the first day of the month, the month in question is counted as the first of the 12 months. For any other day, the 12-month period will be counted from the start of the next month.
